Design

Walk through the interesting decisions: why CoreXY over cartesian, how the belt tensioning works, what failed in rev A and what changed in rev B. This is the part that makes a portfolio more than a resume — show your reasoning, not just the finished part.

Quantify where you can: positional repeatability, print time, cost, cycle counts. Numbers read as engineering; adjectives read as marketing.
